Boston
Does the idea of being near a city appeal to you? Bentley offers students a great location for exploration, with its prime location right outside the cosmopolitan city of Boston. While you're here, you'll spend many nights and weekends exploring the city and meeting a ton of new people. Boston is home to over 250,000 college kids, all out to have a little fun, learn and meet others from around the world.
Bentley’s hometown, Waltham, is a hot spot for young professionals. No matter what your taste or budget, there’s a restaurant here for everyone -- Mexican, Italian, Irish, Thai, Indian, and more. Need a study break? Head to Moody Street to browse the art galleries and bookstores, grab a homemade ice cream at Lizzy’s, or catch the latest Sundance flick at the Embassy Cinema. Waltham offers students the opportunity to be on a quintessential campus, but still have access to all that the nearby city of Boston has to offer, in addition to Cambridge.
Boston and Cambridge -- two of the top college towns in the U.S. -- are just minutes from campus. If you don’t have wheels, the Bentley shuttle runs regularly to Harvard Square in Cambridge; from there, it’s a quick subway ride into Boston. There are also a number of neighborhoods, each with their own charm, for you to discover.

Another highlight of living right outside of Boston is the access you have to local companies like TJX, State Street, Reebok, EMC Corporation, Staples, Talbots, New Balance, Boston Celtics, and many more. They all hire Bentley students for internships and jobs. Check out a longer list of employers in the area.
