How do I get to campus and where do I go?
Please use the Forest Street entrance into Bentley’s campus. Follow the signs up the hill and turn left; you will see a reserved parking sign and balloons. The first two rows in Lot 2 are reserved for Reunion attendees and their guests. Once you are parked, walk up to the entrance to the LaCava Center and enter the building. Take the elevator up to the third floor where the 50th Reunion Welcome Reception and Dinner will take place for the Class of 1975 on Friday, as well as the Breakfast and Commencement Robing for all guests on Saturday.
What is the run of show for Saturday’s events?
The day will begin with breakfast in the LaCava Center starting at 7:45 a.m., where you will get settled in, grab a bite to eat, don your regalia for the Commencement Ceremony and take some photos. At 9:00 a.m., all attendees (including guests) will depart from the LaCava Center and board the golf carts to go to the Football Field, where the Commencement ceremony is being held. Guests will take their seats and alumni will line up to march in the processional. The group will depart together after speeches conclude and before the reading of the names begins, around 10:55 a.m., and head into the campus tour. Those who do not wish to participate in the tour will be driven back to the LaCava Center where they can get settled and enjoy light refreshments ahead of lunch at 12:00pm. The day will end by 2:00 p.m.
What should I wear?
Suggested attire for all events is business casual and weather appropriate. The Commencement ceremony will take place outside, so it is best to dress in layers.
